Job Description:
● Conduct classroom/online training sessions on the product, process, soft skills and sales
skills
● Conduct skills gap analysis of trainee to identify areas of improvement
● Identify training needs and creates customized training programs and inventions around
them
● Monitoring existing individuals, identifying training need, and organizing refresher training
programs to relaunch individuals back to high performance
● Content creation (ILT modules, e-learning modules, collaterals, learner guide, and
facilitator guides)
● Responsible to escalate possible new hire attrition and flag poor performance, misfit skills,
or behavioral issues in training promptly
● Providing resources and assistance through refresher training sessions
● Determines training needs by auditing counselling sessions, studying sales results and
reports
● Analyze day to day needs for training in the sales team
● Develop material required for training
● Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs
● Maintain and update records of training material
Required skills:

● Preferred Qualification: Graduate or MBA in Marketing/ Human Resource or its equivalent
● Ability to manage the full training cycle
● Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
● Excellent organizational skills
● Proficient with Google suite
● Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
● Organizational and time management abilities
● Critical thinking and decision making
● Knowledge of video creation is a plus
