We seek a motivated and organised Program Associate to join our team and support various operational and project-related tasks.

 

Job Summary:

The Program Associate will play a critical role in supporting the operational aspects of Plutus Education, including course launches, book launches, and other educational projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or MBA, possess knowledge of ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or FRM exams, and have experience in project management within the EdTech sector. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Course Launch Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of course launches for ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, and FRM exam preparations.

  • Coordinate with instructors, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of course materials.

  • Monitor and report on the progress of course development and launch activities.

  • Handle administrative tasks related to course setup, including uploading content, setting up course structures, and managing student enrollments.

 

  1. Book Launch Support:

  • Collaborate with authors, editors, and designers to manage book launch timelines.

  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities for book launches.

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials.

  • Monitor and track the performance of book launch campaigns.

 

  1. Operational Support:

  • Manage and update project management tools and systems to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.

  • Handle communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support the day-to-day operational activities of the company.

 

  1. Project Management:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various educational projects.

  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status to the management team.

  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com), Business Administration (BBA, MBA) from a recognized university such as Delhi University, Jamia Millia Islamia, or other similar institutions.

  • Proven experience in an operational or project management role, preferably in the EdTech sector.

  • Knowledge of ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or FRM exams is essential.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Passion for education and a commitment to Plutus Education’s mission.

  • Certifications in ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or FRM are a plus.
