Job Description: The Lead Generation Intern will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new business opportunities for the company, specifically targeting B2B corporate HRs, CEOs, and CTOs. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn and other channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets, focusing on corporate HRs, CEOs, and CTOs.
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other B2B channels.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Engage with prospects through LinkedIn messages, email, and other online methods to generate interest and arrange meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching target markets.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn for business development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
