Designation: Operations Lead (Books)
What you’ll do:
● Category Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Book category,
aligning it with the company's overall mission and goals.
● Content Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with publishers and content
providers to expand the category's content library.
● Content Curation: Oversee the selection and curation of educational books, ensuring they meet
the highest quality and educational standards.
● Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, monitor product availability, and
manage stock levels to meet customer demand.
● Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that content is
error-free and user-friendly.
● Supplier Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating
favorable terms and resolving any issues that may arise.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and
technology teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, improve user experiences, and
enhance the category's digital offerings.
● Data Analysis: Analyze category performance data and user feedback to make data-driven
decisions, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
● Compliance and Licensing: Ensure that all content is legally acquired and used, adhering to
copyright and licensing regulations.
● Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing operations team, providing coaching,
mentoring, and guidance to team members.

industry.
