Roles & Responsibilities 

1. Develop creative content, frame new questions, and write easy-to-understand solutions.
2. Prepare creative study notes for CSIR NET exam in Physical Science
3. Review content and questions created by other SME/Content Developers to ensure quality.
4. Ensure constant up-gradation of existing content for our various courses.
5. Analyse and research exam patterns, types of questions and difficulty levels to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in competitive exams.
6. Planned, develop and execute the launch of new Test Series & Courses in coordination with Team leads and other team members.
7. Analyze the performance of content using high-end analytical tools, draw insights and improve content quality.
8. Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and clear their doubts.
9. Train Content Developers (both in-house and freelancers) to make them deliver better content.
10. Write informative articles on various topics for Testbook's blog that will help students in their preparation.

What we are looking for:

1. 1 - 2 years of total work experience in Ed-Tech companies or Content companies or any fast-growing startups will be preferrable.
2. Must have appeared/qualified for the CSIR NET/IIT JAM/JEST/CUET exam in Physical Science/physics
3. An enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference in the education sector in India.
4. Should have a strong passion for education, and be willing to learn new things.
5. Self-driven, creative, and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning.
6. Proven time management and organizational skills.
7. Good knowledge of MS Office /Gsuite(MS Word and MS Excel).
8. Good interpersonal skills.
