Job Description:
As an Associate Program Manager at Testbook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our educational programs while prioritizing the needs and concerns of our learners. You will work closely with various teams to enhance the overall learning experience and address learner queries effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize educational programs.
- Understand and address learner concerns, feedback, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Monitor program performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the learning experience and learner engagement.
- Assist in the creation of educational content and materials as needed.
- Provide support in organizing and facilitating learning events, workshops, and webinars.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education and program management.
Requirements:
- B.Tech in Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in program management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Python/Java is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for education and a commitment to improving the learning experience for students.
