Job Description
Testbook is seeking a Growth Manager to drive organic app installs and user acquisition, leveraging strategic initiatives, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure sustained app growth and post install retention. This role is crucial for long-term growth, focusing on engagement metrics and reduction in App uninstalls.
Role and Responsibilities:

Primary Focus: Drive organic app installs and user acquisition.

Current State Analysis: Evaluate and understand current methods driving app installs.

Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify and explore new avenues to increase organic app installs from relevant audiences.

Analytical Mindset: Utilize data and analytics to take informed decisions and strategies.

Government Exam Landscape: Understanding of this landscape is preferred but not necessary.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with:

Product Team: Implement necessary changes in the web app to enhance user experience and drive installs.

Graphics Team: Develop appropriate communication and visual content to attract potential users.

Content Team: Analyze trends and create engaging content to capture audience interest.

Strategic and Executional Role: Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to achieve growth targets.

App Growth and Retention: Apply knowledge of app growth tactics and retention strategies to sustain user engagement.

Reports and KPIs: Maintain and track reports and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to make informed decisions.

Post Install Engagement: Drive engagement within the app after installation to ensure user satisfaction and loyalty.

Pre-purchase Engagement Metrics: Own the entire pre-purchase engagement metric including test attempts, practice sessions, and live tests.

Retention Strategies: Drive retention from day 0 to day 30, ensuring users remain engaged and active.

Minimizing Uninstalls: Develop strategies to minimize app uninstalls.

User Activity Metrics: Improve Daily Active Users (DAU), Weekly Active Users (WAU), and Monthly Active Users (MAU).

App Store Optimization
Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in driving product growth, preferably with a proven track record of organic app growth.

Demonstrated ability to grow app user base, engagement and revenue.
Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

In-depth understanding of the government exam landscape is preferred but not necessary.
