Position Summary: The Operations Intern for the B2B Sales team will assist in managing and optimizing the operational processes that support the sales team’s efforts to establish and maintain corporate partnerships. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations, process improvement, and supporting a sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the B2B sales team.
● Support the B2B sales team by coordinating administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing communications.
● Help the team in the Post sales Process.
● Help maintain accurate records and databases of corporate contacts, interactions, and partnership details.
● Assist in the preparation and analysis of reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and operational efficiency.
● Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments.

Qualifications:
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
● Strong interest in operations, process improvement, and sales support.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Attributes:
● Previous experience or internships in operations, sales support, or a related field.
● Knowledge of CRM systems and other operational software.
● Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
