motivated and dynamic individual to join us as a Partnership Lead.

 

Job Summary: The Partnership Lead will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop College Partnerships: Identify potential corporate partners and develop strategic partnership that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.

  • Negotiation and Agreements: Lead negotiations and create partnership agreements, ensuring that both parties’ interests are met.

  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other internal teams to ensure successful implementation and management of partnership initiatives.

  • Monitor Partnership Performance: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

  • Event Coordination: Organize and participate in events, meetings, and conferences to promote partnerships and network with potential partners.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify new college partnership opportunities and keep the company competitive.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance existing partnerships and create new ones.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in college partnership management

  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing corporate partnerships.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.

  • Ability to travel as required to meet with partners and attend events.
