Job Summary:

As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for optimizing our CRM processes, analyzing data to execute business strategies, and contributing to the conversion and retention of customers. You'll work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of CRM initiatives and play a key role in executing campaigns and maintaining accurate data management practices.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data analysis to drive business development and campaign strategies.

  • Execute CRM initiatives, ensuring campaigns are effectively implemented.

  • Collaborate with the Category and Product teams to identify and target specific consumer segments for campaigns.

  • Communicate upcoming data management initiatives to relevant stakeholders.

  • Improve and maintain data management processes for accuracy and efficiency.

  • Work alongside the Category, Marketing and Product departments to execute CRM initiatives and data warehousing.

 

Key Requirements:

  • A Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1- 3 years of experience in a similar CRM role.

  • Have worked in a B2C environment.

  • Proficiency in retention and conversion tools, campaign management, and project oversight.

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel for data analysis.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in matrix-based environments.

  • Tools - Excel, Powerpoint, Experience in CRM tools - (Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage) will be given a preference, Google Analytics.
