Job Description

 

Testbook is seeking a CRM Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) (WebEngage) to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and engagement for Testbook SuperCoaching utilizing channels including but not limited to Push, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, RCS, In-App and Automation workflows like Journeys & Relays. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, data management and strategic thinking skills to develop campaigns and improve the customer experience across multiple touchpoints.

Role & Responsibilities

 

  • Primary Focus: Manage the CRM system. Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns (Push, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, In-App, etc.) to increase engagement and retention.
  • Current State Analysis: Analyze campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify and explore new features for retention marketing to improve user engagement & enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Analytical Mindset: Track the performance of CRM campaigns and report insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
  • Government Exam Landscape: Understanding of this landscape is preferred but not necessary.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: 

Work closely with -

  • Content Team: Analyze trends and create engaging content to capture audience interest.
  • Category Marketing Team: To execute funnels for different Govt. Exams & different user journeys.
  • Copywriting Team: Work with copywriters to craft compelling & engaging content.
  • Strategic and Executional Role: Segment customer databases and create targeted lists for tailored marketing campaigns.
  • Growth-related partnerships: Engage with potential stakeholders of different retention platforms to implement new features & growth-related partnerships.
  • Reports and KPIs: Maintain and track reports and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis of different marketing campaigns to increase engagement and retention.
  • Other Growth Initiatives: Conduct product & market research by interacting with existing or new customers via calls and other communication channels.

 

Experience

 

  • Fresher to 1 Year.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (like WebEngage) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in Ed-Tech marketing is advantageous, but not a strict requirement.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree (Tech background preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., WebEngage).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns & proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams, including Content & Category Marketing Teams.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and channels.
  • Must be a quick learner - Technology driven.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
