Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between employees and management, as well as supporting various HR functions.

 

Responsibilities:

      Manage vendor relationships, including coordination, communication, and contract administration.

      Oversee office supplies and equipment inventory; ensure proper asset management.

      Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing office events.

      Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage office budgets as assigned.

      Assist in maintaining a safe and secure working environment; coordinate office safety procedures.

      Provide general administrative support to the HR department and other departments as needed.

      Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements:

      Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.

      Fluent in Kannada language is must

      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

      Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

      Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
