Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Placement Preparation Trainer. The Placement Preparation Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on various topics related to placement preparation to learners. The trainer will assess learners' progress, provide feedback, and create engaging learning materials. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as a deep understanding of placement preparation techniques and strategies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a placement preparation trainer or in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of placement preparation techniques, including aptitude tests, group discussions, and interviews
• Familiarity with current trends and best practices in the job market
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Experience in the education or EdTech industry is a plus
