Job Description:-

We are looking for an experienced Tech Mentor to join our team at our Bangalore office campus.

The ideal candidate must have proficiency in HTML, CSS , JavaScript , Java & DSA. The role involves designing and delivering coding courses, providing personalized support to students, and ensuring successful learning Outcomes.

Responsibilities:

● Design and deliver coding courses and workshops focused on Python, Java, JavaScript,

and other relevant languages.

● Develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.

● Provide personalized feedback and support to students.

● Collaborate with the content development team to enhance course content.

● Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate the latest advancements into

teaching.

● Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

● Evaluate student performance and adjust teaching strategies as needed.

● Demonstrate proven DSA problem-solving experience on platforms like Leetcode and

Codechef.

● Learn and incorporate new technologies as required.

● Break down complex topics into simpler, practical examples for learners.

● Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance the learning experience.

● Teach and mentor students on-site at our Bangalore office campus.

Qualifications:

● Should have a minimum of 1 year of work experience.

● Should have a strong communication skills

● Proficient in HTML , CSS, JavaScript, and hands-on experience in software and web

development.

● Proficient in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and MERN stack development(preferred).

● Proven ability to communicate complex coding concepts effectively.

● Experience in designing and delivering training programs.

● Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Experience in app development is a plus.

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● Good at interacting with learners and simplifying tough topics.

● Familiarity and proficiency with using AI tools like ChatGPT
