Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our B2C Sales department as a
Business Development Associate. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in
driving the growth and success of our organization. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals
with no prior experience in B2C Sales.


Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
2. Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling,
email campaigns, and networking events.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
6. Assist in negotiating and closing sales deals.
7. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
9. Prepare regular sales reports and analysis for management review.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive
business growth.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
