Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a consistent voice for Testbook on Social Media Platforms that is engaging and authentic to our audiences. Implement best practices for social listening, uploading, tagging, reporting, crisis communications, employee engagement on social, and optimization of channels.
- Quickly assess the landscape of challenges and opportunities within all of the Testbook’s social media properties. Create and execute strategies for social media channels including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Monitor new social tools and community building initiatives (e.g. Twitter Spaces, Instagram Reels, Short Video Apps etc) for new capabilities and functionalities to capitalize on.
- Ensure brand coherence and strict adherence to brand guidelines on such platforms, Drive engagement across Testbook Social Media handles.
- Plan and manage the publishing calendar, social objectives, messaging, writing of posts, sourcing or creating the visual images for these posts, aligning to the overall product and marketing plan.
- Pull regular reporting and analytics on our social media channels to uncover trends in most engaging content, pull campaign recaps, monitor follower growth and engagement etc. Find trends, and make recommendations based on what is working in order to drive towards goals etc.
- Establish KPIs for measuring content performance and report at a weekly & monthly cadence. Create low-touch programs to promote content across channels, with a key emphasis on social media channels.
- Manage day-to-day reactive and proactive communications on all key social media channels and understand the impact of content on overall customer engagement and prioritize accordingly.
- Responsible for managing strong ORM (online reputation management) of the handles.
Required skills:
- You have an understanding of what builds a brand on social platforms and are excited by the opportunity to do that at Testbook
- You have a minimum of 2-3 yrs practical experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role in executing a social strategy, as directed by the leadership.
- Solid and ongoing understanding of appropriate third-party tools, and ability to integrate these tools.
- Impressive communication skills; written and verbal
- Fluency in Google suite (Canva, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong digital marketing/high growth startup experience would be preferred.
