As a Batch Manager – Program Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless academic operations by managing class schedules, evaluation cycles, and learning management system (LMS) workflows. You’ll also provide personalized support to students and their parents, addressing academic, technical, or administrative concerns with high accuracy and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities:
● Ensure smooth academic operations by managing schedules, LMS updates, and class plans.
● Handle end-to-end evaluation cycles including setup, execution, and data entry.
● Track and maintain accurate student performance data and academic reports.
● Conduct regular phone-based support for students and parents, addressing queries and concerns.
● Coordinate with mentors, faculty, and internal stakeholders to ensure academic alignment and timely escalations.
● Maintain mentor dashboards, feedback reports, and follow-up logs.
● Contribute to building centralized dashboards and process automation over time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
● Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (data handling, automation).
● Familiarity with LMS tools and evaluation management systems.
● Basic understanding of university data formats and grade conversions.
Domain Knowledge:
● Academic workflows and evaluation cycles.
● Student engagement strategies and support mechanisms.
● Reporting and performance tracking tools
Preferred Experience:
● Prior experience handling 150+ students per cohort.
● Coordination with faculty, mentors, and academic teams.
Attributes:
● High ownership and responsiveness.
● Strong communication skills—especially for parent/student interactions.
● Detail-oriented and proactive in resolving academic and operational issues
