Key Responsibilities
1. Post-Purchase Operations

• Manage Intercom chats, doubt resolution, and onboarding calls for high-AOV customers.
• Ensure seamless user experience in post-purchase interactions.

2. Process & Data Optimization

• Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows to improve efficiency.
• Build automated dashboards and reporting systems using Google Sheets & AI tools.
• Utilize ChatGPT and AI tools for automation and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, and customer engagement.
• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets, dashboards, and AI-driven workflows.
• Experience in process management and optimization.
• Prior experience in EdTech, preferably in government exam preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.
