As part of this initiative, PST offers a unique 4-year Integrated B.Tech program in Computer Science, featuring a hands-on curriculum that immerses students in coding from day one. Our program operates from a corporate campus in Bengaluru's Wipro IT Park, positioning students right in the heart of India’s tech scene.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive professional to build and manage industry relationships, internship
pipelines, and mentorship programs for students. This role will focus on connecting students
with industry professionals, driving internship opportunities, and structuring mentorship
programs.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage partnerships with companies for internships and industry
collaborations.
• Plan and execute structured mentorship programs for student career growth.
• Organize industry networking sessions, fireside chats, and guest lectures.
• Track student participation in industry initiatives and internship success rates.
• Collaborate with faculty and external stakeholders to enhance industry exposure.

Requirements:
• 1-1.5 years of experience in B2B partnerships, industry relations, or career
services.
• Strong analytical and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent networking and communication abilities.
• Background in tech or EdTech preferred.
• Experience in structuring internship programs and industry interactions.

Success Metrics:
• Growth in internship opportunities through industry partnerships.
• Increased student participation in mentorship and networking events.
• Positive feedback from students and industry part
