About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to support our learners by resolving queries,
ensuring smooth onboarding, and driving user satisfaction. This role provides exposure to
customer success operations in EdTech, including query handling, onboarding support, data
management, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
● User Query Management: Handle and resolve user queries related to super coaching,
exam syllabus, live classes, and study materials across multiple platforms (Intercom
chats, onboarding calls, etc.).
● Customer Success: Ensure high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) by providing accurate
and timely resolutions.
● Onboarding Support: Assist new users with onboarding, ensuring they fully understand
and benefit from their purchased super coaching.
● Timely Resolution: Maintain and improve TAT (Turnaround Time) for queries and first
response rate.
● Data Management & Reporting: Track and maintain user interactions in Google
Sheets; prepare reports to identify trends and improvements.
● Quality Monitoring: Support in maintaining content quality, monitor feedback, and
contribute to performance reports for process optimization.
