Key Responsibilities:
● Lead & manage the UGC NET team.
● Oversee content creation – notes, test series, question banks, and study material, faculty coordination.
● Ensure alignment with the latest UGC NET syllabus & exam trends.
● Mentor team members and conduct academic reviews.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Tech).
