Testbook is seeking a talented and experienced Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motion graphics, visual effects, and video editing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. You will collaborate with our marketing, content, and production teams to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience.

Key Responsibilities: 
●    Design and create high-quality motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video campaigns. 
●    Edit and assemble raw video footage and Chroma Video into polished final products, incorporating graphics, sound, and special effects as needed. 
●    Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce visually stunning and engaging content. Implement VFX (Visual Effects) and color grading to enhance video quality and storytelling.
●    Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative visual concepts. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve creative output.

Requirements:
●    2-3 years minimum work experience
●    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
●    Strong knowledge of VFX, color grading, presets and plugins.
●    Proven experience in motion graphics design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
●    Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography.
