Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling whole JAIIB CAIIB Examination. Must know the exam pattern and designing of Study Notes, Questions related to the exam.
• Should be proficient in exam research and well upto date regarding the changes taking place in current exam pattern.
• Develop creative content, frame new questions and write easy-to-understand solutions.
• Review content and questions created by other SME/Content Developers to ensure quality
• Ensure constant up-gradation of existing content for our various courses
• Plan, develop content for live & recorded courses, in coordination with Content Managers and other stakeholders
• Plan, develop and execute launch of new Test Series (or live tests), in coordination with Content Managers and other team members
• Analyze the performance of content using high-end analytical tools, draw insights and improve content quality
• Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and clear their doubts
• Train Content Developers (both in-house and freelancers) to make them deliver better content 

What we are looking for:

• Must have knowledge of JAIIB/CAIIB Exams
• An enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference to the education sector in India
• Should have a strong passion for education, and willing to learn new things
• Self-driven, creative and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning
• Prior experience in teaching and content development will be preferrable
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
• Good interpersonal skills
